Free Returns

To return an item, please contact us by email, and we will send you a return label so you can send your item back free of charge.
You must notify us within 14 days of receipt if you wish to return an unwanted item for a refund.
Items must be returned to us, where applicable:

Special Conditions

Over-ear defenders must be returned in their original packaging.

In-ear plugs cannot be returned.

Safes are not eligible for free returns.
Other Conditions
We cannot refund or exchange used items unless they are faulty or were sent to you in error.
Licensed Goods, Shipping and Collection
We are unable to ship Shotguns, Firearms, Moderators, Airguns, Ammunition, Gun Slips, and Knives directly to your home or business address.
These items can be collected in-store, or where applicable for licencable goods, sent via our secure courier to your local Registered Firearms Dealer (RFD) for collection.
Purchasing Licensed Goods
By placing a deposit and clicking ‘Agree and Proceed’, you confirm that you are over 18 years old and legally able to complete the purchase. Eastern Sporting will contact you to confirm collection or delivery arrangements and to process the remaining balance of your purchase.
Please note that your local RFD may charge an administration or collection fee. We recommend checking with them in advance to ensure they can accept the transfer and provide the service.
