Shipping and returns

Safe Delivery & Returns

Our safes are delivered securely by pallet using a specialist nationwide network to ensure safe handling and transport.

Delivery cost: £84 (including VAT)

Deliveries are usually completed within 2–3 working days to most mainland UK postcodes. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, islands, and offshore areas.

Delivery is to kerbside only. The driver cannot move or install the safe beyond this point. A tail-lift vehicle can lower the pallet to ground level if required.

Returns for Safes

Safes are not eligible for free returns.

They can be returned within 14 days provided they are unused and in the same condition and packaging in which they were received.

We can arrange return collection through our pallet network. The return delivery cost will be deducted from your refund, or you may arrange your own return using a suitable carrier.

Standard products (non-pallet items) remain eligible for our free returns service.
